Tebo’s journey began long before the boardroom. Working as a cashier at Pick n Pay while still in high school taught her endurance, service and the value of genuine human connection.
She went on to build a commercial career in pharmaceutical and medical technology organisations, rising from sales representative to Regional Director and leading teams across Sub-Saharan Africa.
Today, through Blue Chrysalis, she brings those experiences into conversations that help people and organisations grow with clarity and courage.
